Tips on what to pack for a holiday

For a paranoid traveller, and I mean me

1) Zip-log bags, plenty (prevent bed bugs from taking a free ride back home, spillage etc.)
2) Measuring tape (with all my measurements written on the back)
3) Swiss army knife
4) Good old masking tape and a marker
5) Medication (all types)


as the list goes on. I realised, with some help, this might be what i really need.
